Last Updated: March 30, 2026

Integrated Operations Solutions, LLC (“IOPS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is firmly committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. IOPS maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, or any form of labor exploitation in our operations or supply chains.

Our Commitment

IOPS is committed to upholding all applicable laws and regulations related to human rights, labor practices, and workplace standards. We support internationally recognized human rights principles and strive to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur in any part of our business or through any of our business partners.

Regulatory Compliance

IOPS complies with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws related to combating trafficking in persons, including but not limited to:

  • Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.222‑50 – Combating Trafficking in Persons
  • Any related agency supplements, contract clauses, and executive orders applicable to our government contracts

This commitment applies to all IOPS employees, officers, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers engaged in work under government contracts or subcontracts.

Prohibited Activities

In accordance with FAR 52.222‑50, IOPS strictly prohibits:

  • Trafficking in persons
  • Procurement of commercial sex acts
  • Use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor
  • Destruction, concealment, confiscation, or denial of access to identity or immigration documents
  • Use of misleading or fraudulent recruitment practices
  • Charging of recruitment fees to employees
  • Failure to provide return transportation when required by law or contract
  • Providing unsafe, noncompliant housing where employer‑provided housing is applicable

Our Business and Operations

IOPS provides professional services and operational support to customers across multiple sectors. Our operations are primarily conducted through direct employment and through carefully selected vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Policies and Standards

We maintain internal policies and expectations that support ethical conduct and respect for human rights, including:

  • Ethical employment and recruitment practices.
  • Compliance with all applicable labor, employment, and wage laws.
  • Prohibition of forced, bonded, involuntary, or prison labor.
  • Prohibition of child labor in any form.
  • Documentation and record‑keeping consistent with contract requirements.
  • Commitment to a safe, respectful, and lawful workplace.

These expectations extend to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and business partners.

Supply Chain and Third‑Party Due Diligence

IOPS seeks to work with vendors and partners who share our commitment to ethical business practices. We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to:

  • Comply with FAR 52.222‑50 and related requirements.
  • Maintain fair labor standards.
  • Maintain controls to prevent trafficking‑related activities.
  • Flow down applicable anti‑trafficking clauses to lower‑tier subcontractors.
  • Allow lawful employment relationships that are free from coercion or exploitation.

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to assess, question, or discontinue relationships with partners who fail to meet these standards.

Awareness and Vigilance

We promote awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks by encouraging ethical conduct, accountability, and transparency throughout our organization. Employees are expected to act responsibly and to report any concerns related to unethical or unlawful activities.

Reporting Concerns

IOPS encourages employees, partners, and stakeholders to report in good faith any suspected instances of slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking. Reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately, without retaliation against those who raise concerns.

Continuous Improvement

We recognize that combating modern slavery requires ongoing diligence. IOPS is committed to reviewing and improving our policies, processes, and practices as our business grows and as risks evolve.
